![]() ![]() His last words before his death revealed the existence of the greatest treasure in the world, One Piece. The capture and death of Roger by the World Government brought a change throughout the world. ![]() Roger was known as the "Pirate King," the strongest and most infamous being to have sailed the Grand Line. thats mine anywaysĮdit: just realised im not the only one who picked this after reading the comments.Gol D. the arcs all seem to involve them very heavily, instead of serious shit goign down that the crew just happen to be there for. thats always what i thought naruto and bleach lacked. unlike the other two fo the big three, where the protagonist is usually at the centre of things, one piece has this big world which keeps on going reardless f what luffy is doing, and he is just a rising face in a sea of people. ![]() it also shows the mindset of the crew "this is my nakama, touch him, and i end you" lastly there is blackbeard. the marines can't do shit for you unless they are physically between you and the pirate. there are maries, but pirates are still everywhere. it also reminds us that this is a time where pirates rule. It shows the fun side of one piece, where luffy has fun and maes friends everywhere. luffy goes all beserk and batters him silly. but the one where luffy meetsnorlands descendant and they have a great laugh. Really I would like to nominate the enitre arc for full story development but the best I could do was limit it to two.ĭon't know the exact episode number. I think these few chapters open up a lot in the One Piece universe. He says something along the lines of, "Well I guess if pirates steal, then I'll just have to take it right back from you" then proceeds to calmy end Bellamys reputation as a badass right then and there.īellamy's crew is clearly terrified while they ask Luffy where he is going, already back to his goofy demeanor points to the sky and says, "Where am I going? The sky!" We get a sense of chaotic good morality when Luffy steals Cricket's treasure back. Here we are introduced to Blackbeard - (even though he's the bad guy) I get chills when he delivers his speech right outside of the bar, "A mans dream WILL NEVER DIE!! AMIRIGHT?! Zehahaha". Luffy chooses not to fight Bellamy when he is ridiculing his dream. These episodes/chapters covers so much that makes up the One Piece universe. Episode 147/Chapters 225 and Episode 151/chapter 232/33 I really tried to choose between the two but both episodes/chapters have such significant concepts in them that I just can't choose. ![]()
